Conversion of a Machinery Inspection Form originally formatted as an Excel spreadsheet.
The operative undertaking the inspection need to manually copy the correct machinery type tab resulting in a huge spreadsheet that was hard to navigate.
On the revised PDF form - which can be completed using just Adobe Reader - machine type pages only become visible when they are enabled, a "Return to Index" button on each page (which isn't shown when printed) and "Go" button on the Index page facilitates speedy navigation.
