Examples of original legacy MS Access applications re-written to give a fresh clean look, whilst the data was migrated from internal Access table to a proper SQL database (in this case MariaDB).
The first example is the Hazardous Substance Maintenance database used by our clients which supplies data to other custom Access applications - all are being re-written and migrated.

After - note that the "search by keyword" box provides a Google like search across specified fields, in this case "Substance", "CASS #" , "EIS #", "Known as" and "Synonym of". Corporate colour scheme and branding to customers requirements.

The second example is a fairly standard cross reference maintenance form with the new version providing a better user experience.
